Maple Gymnasium Flooring, 4’x4′ sections (subfloor still attached)

We have 44 - 4'x4' panels of gymnasium flooring (tongue and groove), 704 sq. ft. Each piece has subfloor, underlayment, and sleepers still attached. It looks like the subfloor and sleepers are pine and the actual flooring is 3/4" maple. The top coat is scratched, but the scratches do not travel through to the surface of the wood. The average cost of just the maple reclaimed wood is $9.31.sq foot (total value: $6,554.24, excluding the value of the sleepers and subfloor). We may have about 50 additional sq. feet, which we will add in at no additional cost if the entire lot is purchased. We are asking $4.97.sq ft. Total cost: $3,500.
